Easter Time!

It's that time of year again!
Easter Bunnies!
Things have been going really well. Work's been pretty busy, the weather has mostly been nice, my anxiety hasn't been too bad.

To celebrate I bought a giant purple mum plant and planted it in our tall tin planter on the porch next to our lavender. I am currently on the search for some planters that sit on the railings of the porch and a hanging basket :)

We also have lots of good flowers inside including some bamboo. I am addicted to buying plants....

Vegas Baby! Vegas!

I'm starting to get super excited for our trip to Vegas. It's crazy. Our room and plane tickets are now bought. We take off from the Bellingham Airport at 3:00 on June 28th, take a 50 minute flight to Seattle, have a 45 minute layover and take off to Vegas. Arriving around 8:00. Then we get shuttled to our room at the Paris!!!!!
For 3 nights we will dine at fabulous buffets and restaurants, play in all the hotels, lurk the strip, watch the Pirates fight, see the fountains and do who knows what! Pools!!!!

Fluff. My tummy feels like fluff. I don't know what that really means, but it does.

I'm at work, it's 4 and Sunday. I have Monday/Tuesday off and am so glad. I can't wait to....

Bred for Jumping, Built for Dressage

I have been watching videos of Warmbloods and Thoroughbreds for days at work and getting so jealous and wanting to ride again so bad.

I know what I want as a goal. I want to one day train a colt into a jumping horse. Like this little guy.

Golly Been a While!

I love that it's 60 degrees out right now! It's 5:00 and I'm at work. I'm lucky to work in such a beautiful place. I get to see the amazing sunset on the harbor each night.

Lately anxiety has been at the max. They have tried Valium with me and now switched to Buspar, which so far sucks. Xanex please. Besides the shitty stress of recovery everything else is wonderful.

I got a lucky bamboo plant, a little bulb, and Travis bought me adorable flowers. I love spring time! Can't wait to plant stuff on the porch.

Oliver has been adorable. He is now what we call a cat-dog. He has this little stuffed Walrus toy and he fetches it and brings it back and drops it. He can do this forever. So cute.

Me and Travis are going to Las Vegas June 28-July 1st!! Our plane tickets are bought and there's no turning back! We are staying at the Paris with some friends. Cannot wait! So we are trying to stay in more and save some. Plus, I need to cut down my drinking, tired of so many hangovers. Let's do 2 times a week not 4 ;)

Also, our cruise is after Labor Day in September. We have a little fund for that as well. Mexico here we come!

So basically. I am very blessed and happy. The only not happy is my recovery, which is getting harder each day.
