Happy Bugs

Me and Travis had an amazing day off last week. We got up and went to the mall and had lunch and did some shopping, then watched Casino during the afternoon, followed by the Arizona/Duke basketball game which was super exciting since they won. Then went to have a quick dinner at Mary Poppin's Child Porn Buffet and headed to see Limitless. I got 2 movie tickets for $9 off of Living Social, score. Followed by off course my favorite part of the week, Sunday breakfast at Nelson's :)

It was perfect. Also, my days off have changed to Thursday/Friday! I'm so thankful and happy. I'm off Weds/Thurs/Fri this week too!

Spring Has Sprung

Spring has aggressively arrived! We've had beautiful incredible days. Yesterday it was 65 while I was outside doing yard work. I cleared all the leaves and weeds from under our stairs and in front of the laundry room. I've never seen them that clear. I did the front too.

I also completely cleaned the house, took down the winter items and bleached everything. Totally redid the top of the fridge. Got a great vase and fake flowers at Michaels and I am in love with it.

Vegas Wrap-Up

Vegas round two was wonderful. My favorite was however our first trip. There's something special about staying with just my love at the hotel of love, Paris. But of course this was a wonderful trip that was greatly needed.

Sadly I had a cold the whole trip, so it put a damper on my health. Some highlights?

-Pool floating (It had opened the day we got there).

-Kitty Glitter winnings

-Zumanity ( An amazing show!)

-Giant kitties at the MGM

-Frozen Bailey's at O'Sheas

-Kicking it with our buds Bryan and Rissy

-Going to bed each night exhausted

-Dinner at Mon Ami Gabi ( my absolute favorite) with Travis facing the fountains at the Bellagio

It was a great time and it was wonderful to get home to our house with Oliver. Nothing is better than coming home with Travis, whether it's from vacation or a night of work. I love home and him

Reality Checks Please

I've been sick the last few days and it's hard to get perspective on body issues when I'm sick. I'm actively practicing that today. I do feel much better today than I have. Hoping hoping hoping come Monday morning I'll board that plane and be AOkay.

Only 2 sleeps until Vegas. Travis is so needing a vacation from his job. It's going to be so great.

We get to Vegas at 12:30 which gives us that whole day to explore (last time we got to the hotel at around 11pm). I called the Luxor and requested our rooms to be next to each other. I cannot wait to be in the pool.

I'm so thankful I get to go on another trip with the absolute love of my life. So thankful. He's wonderful and I love him more each day.
