Windy Windy

It's 7 at work and it's super windy again. Travis got off work a half hour ago, I am so very jealous because I wish I was home with him.

Le Sigh

That's a good sigh by the way. I'm at work and it was pretty busy until now, which was really nice. We still have 10 arrivals. It was sunny today. A good morning. I went for a short run, I realized I have to start slow again and am so not in shape at all, lol. It feels so great to get some exercise in when I can, it makes me feel so much better.

Autumn's baby shower is tomorrow, I made the owl cupcakes this afternoon, they look cute. Decorating tomorrow and making bread with sun dried tomato spread. It should be fun. Then after I'm rewarding myself by going to look for clothes. I don't remember the last time I went, because it's scary, so tomorrow is the day. I hope I can just find some things that I can feel like 'me' in. Not an imposter.

Our home is amazing. I am slowing coming into myself more, there are more good days than hard days. The hard days do suck, but I have Travis who is so amazing, especially in our snuggie. Which has turned out to be amazing! I love our days off together, I am just more in love each day and I love learning more about him and myself through him.

What I am trying to do more of? Picture taking! I always say this but hardly do. Especially this season I want tons of new pictures, especially of me and nut.

I officially had 2 days off with Travis! Finally! It was wonderful. Monday was spent doing laundry(love it), baking, running a couple errands, D&D(awesome), Ranch Room, then home. It was great. Tuesday I baked a pumpkin cheesecake and we watched a couple movies, then got dressed up and went to dinner at Scotty Brown's, which was awesome and so beautiful, then we got some movie snacks, watched a lame movie, then put hella X-Files on and I ate about 5 pounds of apple crisp. A fucking great couple days :) I am so happy and so in love.

Work was pretty slow tonight but glad there's only an hour left. Herzog called me in his office today and has a business proposition for me. For anyone who stays in suites, books packages, or is a repeat guest gets a fruit bowl and rose in their room at check-in. The Bistro does the fruit bowls but Herzog wants me to bake cookies and do cute labels to put in the rooms!! SO! Tonight I am running to Haggen when I'm off, getting some supplies, then doing some for tomorrow. I'm so excited.

Went to my nutritionist today, it went well. She decided to weigh me so she knows where we're at, she did, I didn't look, and she said she was happy with how things are going, so a pretty good meeting, no lectures. Thumbs up and she said to not be surprised and to expect a plateau, so that was good to hear.

Anywho. I'm super full, I may have gone to Costco on the way back from my parent's today and they just happened to have fabulous samples and to die for Christmas decorations, gah, so in the spirit.

I have been super sniffly all night at work and am looking forward to a good sleep tonight.
