I've had a good week. 

I feel at peace.

I like being off at 7. 

I'm not as anxious as I was when I first started getting off work this early.

I can eat a yummy salad and be okay.

I can watch a movie (only shark ones so far) without having anxiety.

I can wait bright eyed and bushy tailed for Travis ( I try to :)

I'm sitting in my skinny jeans & tank without rubbing my stomach.
Pretty cool.
